calibration square dimensions

Hi,
Just wondering if someone can tell me the dimensions of the calibration square, in particular the distance between markers and whether it is an exact right angle. From memory the corner marker was a little offset for some reason? I know I can set the distance on the Z axis in software (default 400??) not sure about the X axis.

The z can be at 500, from the center point, and the other point is a 300mm.

The points on the square, are setup at a perfect right angle
