ask for help about extra markers when capturing!!!

after I did "Wanding&Solving" and "Setting the Ground Plane",I proceed the next step "The Skeleton Wizard", there are many extra markers in the space, especially when the man is moving, can any body help me out with this problem?could email to me please?my address is chenshanmin@yahoo.cn,thank you!

on the camera settings, try to raise the threashhold just before the markers all vanish (around 200ish), then decrease the exposure a little, and then lower the IR intensity (about 6-7 for me), look in the camera view to tweek the settings,

Also try turning on tracked/untracked rays in the display settings. If any cameras are poorly calibrated then they will create false markers. You can use the rays to trace the false markers back to the cameras which generate them.

You might also want to review the camera masking to ensure all unwanted light sources and reflections are properly blocked.
