One OptiHub not recognized

Hello.

I've just installed my OptiTrack system on my PC (windows XP). My system is made of 10 V100 R2 cams and 2 OptiHubs (5 cams on each). One of these hubs is fully recognized. During the first installation I got an "unrecognized device" message. Then, after restarting my PC, the hub is not even seen.

try to switch the hubs?

You need high power usb ports on your computer for the hubs, with Enhanced Host Controller Interfaces (EHCI) in your PC,

Are you using the standard USB 15 ft A-B cable between the hub, and the PC?

any extension cables being used?

Do you have an other devices listing, in the system device manager?

Have you moved USB ports?

What version of the OptiTrack software are you using?
