How to activate the Arena software?

Hi, I am Lukai.

I don't know how to activate the Arena software. Someone told me that I should connect one of the cameras which holds the key to the computer and then activate the license. I have tried every camera (all 12), but without success.

I am sure the system was working last year. But the computer was reinstalled, and so was the arena software. Also, I am a new guy in the lab, I don't know how to activate it.

Do you have any tutorial on how to activate the Arena software? Or what should I do?

You need the file that was emailed originally after activating the license and you copy it to the license folder under arena. Alternatively, you can re-register here:

just put in all the information with an email address to send the file to...
