I have played IL-2 since beta and had TrackIR's 2 and 3. For Christmas, my Wife of 41 years bought me TIR 5 with Pro clip. My unit # is:152112. I run XP SP3
I disconnected my camera and uninstalled my TIR 3. Reboot, regcleaned. Installed the software, 5.01 Beta. No workie? The heads were flipping,. jumping and stuttering around so fast I almost got sick. I uninstalled completely and reinstalled with 5.0 Final, no workie, same as before.
I redid everything without a reboot and it worked perfect!!!. I shut it down and restarted, no workie.
In short, if I install either 5.0 or 5.01 beta and DON'T reboot it works once flawlessly and is very cool. My computer abilities are above average to almost pretty darn good
any help would certainly be appreciated.
