Switch to mouse mode and back?

Hello:

Wondering if there is a way to switch to mouse mode on the fly. Specifically, I'm using TIR for ARMA 2. I'm looking to be able to control the Apache gun with my head. It was suggested that if the TIR was in mouse mode and the games free look button was held down then the gun would follow the TIR. However, having the TIR in mouse mode the entire time would be undesirable.

Any ideas?

I'm not aware of an easy method to switch between them, as the mouse emulation application, is an additional application, that runs on top of the TrackIR software.
