Footswitch no longer works with new drivers

Footswitch no longer works with new drivers

I transferred my SmartNAV 3 (21904) to my new computer (Windows 7 64-bit). Downloaded the latest drivers - SmartNAV_3.20.037.1.Final. Everything seems to work fine but my footswitch. The footswitch worked fine on the older computer with the older drivers (unknown), but now doesn't respond at all. Suggestions?

Is this a USB footswitch, or one that plugs into the camera itself?

Have you tried resetting the switch connections?

Are you using the splitter cable off the SmartNAV camera?
