Automatic Optitrack motion BVH cleanup script/plugin

I'm curious if there is a script available that does BVH data cleanup automatically resulting in a finished FBX file while avoiding the need to use Motionbuilder?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

PS: I do know of the Optitrack/Motionbuilder plugin already. I'm looking for anything that avoids the need to use Motionbuilder.

Well the Arena software does have some editing tools, and does export directly the fbx
