We're using the Smart NAV 4 AT for learning AAC-navigationskills with the latest software (3.20.037.1). When changing screen resolution, the SmartNAV-software doesn't calculate a new center coordinate. Instead it uses the previous calculated centerpoint. This is causing an uncalibrated mouse when using it in absolute mode. It seems to be like this:
A)Windows screen resolution 1024x768, making the center coordinate 512,384.
B)Launching a game that change the screen resolution to 800x600, making the new center coordinate 400,300.
C)When recalibrating the SmartNAV it still calibrate the mouse to its old center coordinate 512,384, not the new 400,300.
Is there a fix for this problem?

At the moment there is no solution for this, however we do have it marked as a potential option for an upcoming release of the SmartNav software, however at this time we do not have a date for this.
