Track IR 5 with trackclip issues

Ok so I upgraded once my Track IR 4 died,

Right out of the box new,my Track IR 5 is having serious issues.I see a few red spots in my camera window in the software and my tracking flips all over the place erratically.There is nothing in my background behind me to cause these spots.

I try to fly in FSX but because of these issues the cam jumps to a rear view and flips all over.I do not get it.Im running the current version of the software.Its really aggravating.

I have the same problem like Dash8guy.I buyed TrackIR5 in Octomber,2010.I play with it on Fs2004 with wind 7, 64bit.In my first 3 mounths of using everything it was fine but now...I can't play more than 15 min and my desktop,in game, starts to go in left,right,up and down, 100 times per secound.Also some red spots apears in my TrackIR software and also I don't see eneymore the 4 red lights in the TrackIR 5 *console*.
I using TrackIR5 with TrackClipPRO.
Please give me a solution to my problem.
