Problem with Track IR (Not working properly)

My track IR was working very fine. However for the last two weeks it work fine when I test it but doesn't work in 3D in the flight sim 9. I use Window 7 64 bites pro.

All of my plane 3D panel failed to work with my track IR. I am using version 5.1

Please help.

Hello -

Try uninstalling the software, and unplugging the camera
Re download the latest version of the TrackIR software, and save to desktop.
Right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" (even if your account is an administrator)
Continue the installation as normal. When the installation is finished, plug in the camera.
Check the device manager to ensure that the device drivers properly installed. If they did not, update the drivers, and point windows to:
c:\program files (x86)\naturalpoint\trackir5\drivers
