i want to use the generated .c3d file format and animate my own head using OpenGL and cg??

Hello!
Are you planning on just importing the c3d data directly into an application or will you be using a studio to build your animation? Most studio programs should accept c3d (or alternately, fbx files if it's an Autodesk application) generated by arena. If you're building your own application around the data, c3d.org has a great deal of information about the format, including manuals and coding samples.
