Just got a TrackIR 5.0 and downloaded 5.1.300 (9945) software. Works good in games and has the potential for doing what I need it to, but I need to calibrate the profile.
The software is unusable for me as the fresh rate is incredibly slow, maybe ~0.5 fps to update. In games it seems fluid and fine (just poor calibration for what I am looking for).
PC is powerful, it's Intel i2500k with 8GB RAM, breezes through everything else (heavy Photoshop work, other games etc.) and the TrackIR is plugged into a powered USB2.0 hub.
Any ideas? I've seen YouTube videos of people using the calibration software and the framerate seems > 20fps easily.
