No video signal

i have got only one camera flex:V100r2 which is connected directly to my PC and the problem is that i cant recieve any video signal or any image signal in the direct show from the camera when i check out the box in the camera window so i get only a white window which means that there isnt any video signal and i dont use both programs "camera sdk , direct show " with each but i tried to use both to see what is going on on the Camera SDK program and when i check the box in the direct show it says "NO FRAME DATA "
" CAMERA DISCONNECTED"
i feel like it does not send any signal i dont know what to do

What operating system are you running? Does the camera appear properly within the device manager?

Windows 7 Ultimate N
and windows says it installed correctly and it appear properly within the device manager and it works in camera SDK

Do you have any other devices/software connected to the system that could be affecting directshow?

I might suggest, to eliminate the possibility of an installation issue:

Uninstall the Directshow filter and unplug the camera.
Re-download the filter, and do not install from the downloader (save it to your desktop or similar)
Right click on the installer and select "Run as administrator" (even if your account is an administrator, this step is fairly important).
Continue the installation as normal, plug in the camera, and test.
