Hi. I want to use V120:Slim camera and OptiHub to synchronize external devices in 120fps.

The OptiHub can be used to sync V120:Slim cameras. The selectable framerate on an OptiHub is between 8 and 120fps, so you're good there. Because V120:Slim cameras do not have OptiSync capabilities, you will need to run a sync cable from the "Hub Sync Out" jack of the OptiHub to the "Sync In" jack on V120 Camera 1, then continue use of wired sync through all cameras.
