Using DwellClicker with v.3.20

Post by nemsys »

Hello. I'm a newcomer to this device and software so please excuse my general ignorance.
I've set up the camera and I'm impressed with the accuracy and configuration options of the device but I can't get it to work consistently well with the DwellClicker software even though I installed both together from the same CD. The SmartNav software tells me that the DwellClicker is incompatible with the version I'm running. I see that I can download driver upgrades. Can you point me to a combination of versions which will work effectively, please?

What type of camera do you have, a SmartNav AT or EG?

The kit was bought in 2008, I think and has sat in a cupboard until I unearthed it. It looks far more like the camera in the TrackIR section of your website.

There should be a serial number located on a sticker on the bottom of the camera. Could you email that to support@naturalpoint.com? We can look it up based on that.

This unit is an EG model, which is not compatible with dwell clicking. The AT model is required for use with the dwell click feature.
