Termination of rackIR

Hi,
My first experience with TrackIR 5 was a bit disappointing.
First of all the Trir button in the taskbar disappeared as soon as I started FSX, so it was impossible to open TrIr while running FSX.
After that I could not exit/stop TrIr either without reboting my pc because TrIr kept running somehow.
I have found another post(june 2011) about this problem with 7/64 (my pc), but no solution.

Any suggestions in the meantime?

Just in case someone else has this problem in the near/late future can you explain what you did in order to solve the problem?

I'm kind of curious myself even though I don't have this issue.

We're looking at this issue for the next release of TrackIR. In some instances (and I think I have it tracked primarily to installer related issues which are in the works already) the process does not terminate correctly and requires a manual process end to remove TrackIR from memory.
