I have SmartNav 4 with software 3.2 and I want to surf the net using the Grid 2 but I am geting a message that says 'the dwell clicker is not supported by this version of the software.' It seems to me that you need the dwell clicker open. Any pointers? Many thanks!

Thanks for replying quickly. No red or gray in the screen. I wondered whether it might be light interference - is that what you're thinking?

Can anyone shed some light on why my smartnav tracking seems to wander off course about every five minutes? I am a new user so not very experienced. I use f12 to recentre and then it seems ok for another five minutes or so, before seeming to get uncalibrated again. Any answers?
