You do not have it centered as long as it can track all of your movements. If you're like me and squirm around a lot, you will want to have the "center view" key easily accessible. I map mine to a button on the joystick.

Operation Flashpoint is the only FPS with a decent aim/control setup. Add a TrackIR for head control and you have a perfect FPS.
