Have you tried turning the lights on and off in the app to see what happens?

LZ - The npusb.sys file should be version 3.2.0021.0 or 3.2.21.0. I am using TIR3 Pro with Vector. I haven't heard back from Ubisoft yet... I will keep you posted.

On another note, a buddy of mine came over and I let him play with the TIR3 Pro.... he bought one yesterday (I believe it was)... so another TIR comes to Yorktown, VA!!!

There are a couple of responses about removing drivers... It will also tell you what driver is registered with Windows when it picks up the TIR3 Pro.
