Re: unable to find skrleton markers
Hi stoicastanciu, That is correct; the size of the wand that is used during calibration matters. If you are using the 250mm wand, you will need to select 255mm for the OptiWand setting in the Calibration pane. It is not necessary to adjust the size of the Calibration Square; you should be able to se...

Re: unable to find skrleton markers
Hi stoicastanciu, Thank you for uploading these images. I do not see a photo of the calibration wand that was used for the wand wave, only the calibration square. Could you please measure the distance between the 2 outer markers on the calibration wand that you are using for the wand wave and share ...

Re: unable to find skrleton markers
Hello stoicastanciu, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your skeleton creation issue. I have seen this error several times, and it has almost always had something to do with the calibration. When you calibrate your cameras, it is necessary to make sure the OptiWand size setting, i...

Re: Motion Builder head rotation record
Hi Simo,
Thank you for that additional information. This sounds like it may be a MotionBuilder workflow issue.
If you could open a ticket with us a help.naturalpoint.com, I would like to troubleshoot with you a bit there.
Best,
Steven

Re: Generating precise local coordinate system for a rigid b
Hello dlgaudet, Rigid Body editing is something that we are looking to improve, so we hope to provide better tools for this in the next couple of versions. Re: marker connections
Hello Gelo, Thank you for sharing this question here. I am also a fan of having something between the markers to make labeling mistakes more visible. The current versions of Motive do not have any features like this. Motive 1.10 will be available soon, however, and will contain colored connections b...

We will be testing this to see if we can replicate the issue. Could you please give a step-by-step desc...

Re: Finding camera properties after take
Hello msb, When you load a .tak, Motive is updated with the settings you mentioned. If you open your Cameras pane after loading a Take, the camera and system settings shown will reflect the Exposure, Threshold, Frame Rate, Point Cloud Engine, etc from the time of capture. Cheers, Steven -- Steven An...
