Gentleman,
My second TrackIR has followed in the footsteps of my first TrackIR and just died... This after less than two years LIGHT use.
I have e-mailed support, no response. I have posted in this forum, �Drivers not found on installation". No response!
Since my first post on this matter I have since installed on a second PC. With the same result, DEAD.
So far this little gadget has cost a total of $325.09 with nothing to show for it.
Not a happy camper!

We are sorry for the erratic support, but our primary tech support person recently suffered a family tragedy.
Generally, we don't consider a device "dead" unless it is displaying strange things in the tracking window.
What you are describing sounds like a registry problem. I will have someone get back to you by email asap.
