Everything looks ok in the images....

Have you tried a clean install of the software, including deleting the NaturalPoint folder, after uninstalling?

No, I have not tried that. I will, and post the results. Tell me this, is it necessary to invert any of the axes? Right now, it appears that some of the axes are backwards. The view goes down when I move my head up for example.

Nope, should be. The new settigs (TrackClip Pro) takes into account the way the lights are set up. and should behave normally.

I have reinstalled all the software, including the ver 29 patch. The TrackClip seems to be working fine now, however from my normal sitting position (about 28-30 inches from monitor), the TrackClip is very jerky whereas the hatclip is smooth as buttah. If I move my head in closer to the monitor, approximately 18-24 inches, then the TrackClip functions normally. Is there a setting I am missing to help extend the range a bit? The lights are showing up in the tracking window just fine.

The range should be actually longer with the TrackClip Pro, there is only the selection of Vector, dot, and TrackClip Pro, in the profiles, that is different.
