Yes it does, but most hardware usually lasts long past the warranty and doesn't fail right after the warranty ends. I don't even think I got 2 yrs of service out of this product. Sorry, but I can't afford to give you another $180.00 for a product that fails for no reason. I used the trackir about once a month and maybe an hour at a time. In 2 yrs that would be about 24 hrs of use and the product failed after that? From the list of problems I am reading in this forum, this seems to be a product that is fabulous in theory, but is plagued with problems. My advise to anyone interested in the trackir4 pro is to expect it to quit working right after the warranty ends. That seems to be the way of all products these days.

1 - If you had it for 2 years, then it did not fail right after the warranty failed. We have a one year warranty, for our hardware.....
2 - Generally speaking the hardware can, and does last longer than just the warranty period. I take several calls a day from customers looking for software info on 5 year old hardware, that is still working fine.
3 - The forums are a good place for customers to seek help with issues that they are having, and will not reflect a customer that isn't having any issues, as they generally do not post in the forums.
