Dumb question, probably: how do I use an exported skeleton from Arena in Motionbuilder?
I've set up the Optitrack Optical device, got the point cloud displaying and playing with the stream from Arena, but when I import the skeleton I previously exported from Arena, I can't figure out how to connect the markers to the actor (as it is in Motionbuilder) aside from dragging them into the Actor window one at a time.
Do I have to do that, or is there a quicker way to connect the markers to the actor and markerset?
Using exported actor in Motionbuilder?
Re: Using exported actor in Motionbuilder?
In addition to dragging each point individually, you can also select groups of markers and drag them onto MoBu skeleton segments at the same time. As long as your actor's T-pose and marker arrangements allow you to distinguish the markers from each other sufficiently, this is a more efficient way to hook up your skeleton in MoBu. You can watch the video below for more information.

Aha, neat trick - thanks!
My reading of

and
http://forum.naturalpoint.com/forum/ubb ... mber=39132
seemed to imply that there was a way to export a skeleton from Arena and have it come into MB with all markers already applied. I take it that's not the case?
In any case, dragging markersets will be a lot quicker than assiging individually, so, you know, win. Thanks.
