Hi Folks,
I did see a previous post on this but not a solution. I cant seem to install the software for some reason.
I have tried both 4 & 5 beta D/L as well as the other 5 driver. I get the error ...80040707 or similar. I have tried downloading with no firewall/AV etc and run programme as an administrator to no avail.
I have a new Track IR 5 with mic clip. I am running Vista64 and using a 480GTX video card.
I did notice my camera # 152792 so I dont know if this is a party stopper.

Could you post the exact error message you're getting on install?

the error that keeps coming up is:
Error Number: 0x80040707
Description:
I have read the 3 pages of threads relating to this problem and except for a re-install of Windows (which I cant do at present) I am unaware of any other work arounds.

If you are comfortable viewing your system registry, could you take a screenshot of the keys located at the following:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
