I must say I'm impressed with the support provided by email and helpdesk. Item was shipped on 27th of August and reached my doorstep on 30th. That was like 12493 km or 7763 miles covered
. The product is of good quality especially the Trackclip Pro. Just plug TIR5 into your PC and play the game and no further setting is needed. Thank you.
