Uninstalled Software and still having issues in game

I uninstalled the software via the uninstall programs panel. It seems that when I am in a game that is TrackIR enabled and I press the Escape button, my view completely look to the ground by itself.

I don't know why this is... It only started happening after I was using the TrackIR. I have since returned the product and uninstalled the software.

Anyone have an idea on why this is happening? It's really annoying!

I sent you a reply a moment ago through our helpdesk. I will have to replicate the issue here in order to come up with a solution. I will keep you in the loop about what I find. Is there any specific games that it happens in? What game did you notice it in first? Have you disabled TrackIR support in the games through their configuration menus? It is often times listed under controllers.

Issue solved. Turns out it wasn't related to TrackIR.
