Hello,
I have a new system that I just built to replace my aging Duo Core. My Track IR5 has served me well and I have no reason to believe there is anything wrong with it, so suspect something else.
Anyway, I have both USB 2 and 3 ports but no matter which I choose to plug it into, I see a blue screen. I can replicate it on demand and I have other queries out there to see what may be wrong but thought I would also post here.
Is there any advice you can offer me?
Thank you
BSOD if I plug in my Track IR 5

EncryptedToast,
Would you be able to send the BSOD error code? I don't have anything specific that I know of that would be causing the TrackIR to cause a Blue Screen.
