Hello everyone
i guess it is a bit late but none of the new version of TIR seems to be working with Star Citizen on my machine.
I tried the latest, the 5.5.3.337, if it is all good with DCS, TIR does nt seems to detect SC.exe. The right green LED is not lit while the left is on.
TIR does not switch to my preset profile.
Star Citizen is listed in the titles list.
I tried to uninstall TIR completely, clean the windows register reinstall TIR 5.5.3 : no go.
I tried to install the 5.5.3 over the 5.4.2 : no go
One teammate does not have that issue, we compare our files : no differencies
The 5.4.2 works just fine, is there something i could do about this issue?

Hello Husker-fr,
When you start the TrackIR software and then start Star Citizen, make sure that either both are being started with Administrative privileges or both are being started without Administrative privileges.

i tried with and without admin privileges and its till does not work.
Beside rolling back to the 5.4.2 i do not have any solution at the moment

Hello guys
i found a workaround and TIR seems to be in working order now.
I had to erase the APPDATA/roaming/natural point folder then i use the repair option from the uninstaller.
Since then it looks like its working perfectly in DCS and Star Citizen.
I do not have an explaination but i will take any if you have one.

Same problem here with my trackClipPro. No response at all on the calibration page. I have reverted to TrackIR 5.4.2. Now it works OK.
BUT! it works only if I plug my gear into my powered hub. I get no lights at all if I plug into a USB port on my PC.

Hello Gonebush,
Are you plugging in your TrackClip Pro or your TrackIR camera to the powered USB hub? Does your TrackIR camera work if it is connected directly to the computer, separately from the TrackClip Pro?

Can confirm that this issue is back again at minimum with the latest version 5.5.3
Reverted back to 5.4.2 and all is good again.

If you are using 5.5.3, please make sure that your games list is up to date and that both the TrackIR software and Star Citizen are running with the same privileges (either both running as Administrator or both running without elevation).
