I have sent in a support ticket last week but haven't heard back.
When I try to expand the advanced tab the software just hangs...Every bloody time!
Have the latest version. 5.2.2??

I have gotten your ticket and offered a solution. I am sorry we weren't able to get back to you sooner, but our support department does not work on weekends. Please let me know when you have time to test the suggested solution.

I owe you an apology, the problem was my end with my internet connection constantly dropping out, so I didn't receive email from anyone for two weeks.
