Make sure your head is centered before you press the center hotkey. You may also need to try changing the center hotkey to a different button, in case you have a conflict with another hotkey in your game.

When you launch the TrackIR software and then launch MSFS 2024, is the TrackIR software detecting that MSFS 2024 is running? If so, I would reach out to the developers of MSFS 2024 for support on why the wrong device is being identified.

If the unit is not detected in Device Manager and you've tested it with more than one computer, then it sounds like the camera is no longer functioning and a replacement would need to be purchased.

It does sound like the internal IR emitters died. I'm glad to hear that you were able to continue using the camera by using a TrackClip Pro (or similar type of device).
