When you launch the TrackIR software and then launch MSFS 2024, is the TrackIR software detecting that MSFS 2024 is running? If so, I would reach out to the developers of MSFS 2024 for support on why the wrong device is being identified.

If the unit is not detected in Device Manager and you've tested it with more than one computer, then it sounds like the camera is no longer functioning and a replacement would need to be purchased.

Hi mcritzman, I would make sure you have updated your graphics card driver as sometimes this error can be related to a graphics card issue.
